Canvases for Cancer

Shake off the winter blues—come on out, see friends, meet new people, buy art and support a worthy cause; you will feel better—promise!! A great way to bring in 2015….

Canvases for Cancer is an exhibition and silent auction fundraiser that will help raise money for cancer research.  The project is organized by Katro Storm, New Haven artist and longtime member of the Visual Arts Advisory Group (VAAG) at the Arts Council of Greater New Haven.  Katro has been thinking about doing this event for many years, as he lost a close family member to cancer and wants to enlist other artists and community members to help fund research to fight cancer.
