“I am so excited to bring together this group of amazingly talented artists to highlight artists and artwork that oozes authenticity and vitality. Many artists, especially those with communication differences, are exceptionally creative and in some cases, may need a nudge to nurture and bring out their innate abilities and unique visions. KNACK, a multimedia show, shows the range and diversity of artwork created at regional programs that support individuals with various mental, physical, and developmental, challenges,” said Debbie Hesse, Director of Artistic Services and Programs and curator of KNACK.

Additionally, the Resident Perspectives Gallery will be showcasing a new exhibit of Whitney Center residents’ art including a collection of pottery, paintings, wood sculpture, and more created by over thirty resident artists.
