The Arts Council of Greater New Haven presents Lustre and Rust, in the Sumner McKnight Crosby Jr. Gallery. Lustre and Rust features artists Kathryn Frund, Crystal Gregory, Thessia Machado, Karen Ostrom, and Marjorie Wolfe. The Arts Council will host an opening reception on Thursday, Jan. 19 from 5 to 7 p.m. The artwork will be on view to the public Jan. 10 – Feb. 24, 2017, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at the gallery located at 70 Audubon St, Second Floor, New Haven. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

Lustre and Rust is curated by Kevin Daly, one of the founders and co-artistic directors of Ball & Socket Arts in Cheshire.

Sumner McKnight Crosby Jr. Gallery, a program of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven, is located at the Arts Council offices at 70 Audubon Street, 2nd floor. The gallery features regional artists in group and thematic shows. Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
