Thank you for your interest in submitting media to the Arts Council’s media lounge.
Members, please read the following rules and regulations carefully when planning
to send in an audio clip, video footage or photo. Each category has certain specifications.

Please include your name, title of piece and description with your submission.

	The audio clip must be in one of the subsequent formats: WAV, AVI or MOV. File size should be no larger than 5MB or longer than ten minutes. Upload your audio to www.yourlisten.com Send email to media@newhavenarts.org along with your name, title, description and a link to your audio clip.
	The photo must be provided in JPEG format. File size should be no larger than 5MB and have a resolution of 72 DPI; no larger than 800x400 pixels. Upload your photo album to www.flickr.com or your website. Send email to media@newhavenarts.org along with name, title, description and a link to your photo album. We will show one photo and a link to your album.
	The video must be in one of the subsequent formats: AVI, MOV or MP4. File size should be no larger than 10MB and shorter than five minutes. Post video to www.youtube.com or your website. Send email to media@newhavenarts.org along with name, title, description and a link to your video.
